Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Richforgotten Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Florida.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
